15.02.2008 08:23 Aletziwhen you buy this, you came very lasy ;D
15.02.2008 02:40 JipaI slept one night in it as well :D Just to see how comfortable it really is.
15.02.2008 02:23 Voryonhehe i used a baden chair for a long time too =) was wery nice... watch movies, sleep, play etc n_n sleeping was bit hard but possible =D
15.02.2008 02:05 JipaI used one of these comfy garden chairs one winter as a computer chair: http://www.haagankaluste.fi/kuvat/tuotteet/puutarhakalusteet/varax_baden.jpg it was nice with adjustable foot rest and all, but the filling started packing to the end :( ...and the frame broke. Somehow reminds me of the sitting position of that thing.
15.02.2008 01:32 Circusactima have to remember some autocad and get some drafts done.
15.02.2008 01:23 Circusacteven a stationary position would be easy. just bolt the 'C' arms to the 'n' legs and fit it with a modded ergo chair or car racing seat.
15.02.2008 01:21 CircusactI am dedicated to building this as close to the real item as possible. no frills, just plain industrial goodness. oh, and i may interate my z-5500 into it as well ;p
15.02.2008 01:13 JipaThat's actually less than I suspected.. I'm surprised it's even in production. Making a simplified model would be a very interesting project..
15.02.2008 01:09 CircusactBathroom breaks and foodage outings... thats basically it. maybe work. but with a workstation like that i'd work from home. anyway, this thing costs 7000USD + S and H from russia w/ lcds / 5.1 surround / kb and mouse. methinks the big cost of this thing is NOT the frame, but the servo motors, hydraulics and lcds. i could make this for about 500 to 700 CAD if I over spent on an ergo/car chair
15.02.2008 00:53 JipaWhy would you want to get out of there? :o
15.02.2008 00:15 Circusactsee the front... it tilts up and you can get out of it like a normal recliner chair.
15.02.2008 00:09 PullaUazManhmm... how to get out of there?
15.02.2008 00:01 Circusactwhat about tension/grip clamps for the 'C' bars to lock tem in place without having to weld it? and glide rollers in the 'n' bars[legs] so its not scraping metal on metal when adjusting the angle?
14.02.2008 23:49 JipaNow I want one as well.. Damn that looks great. Just drop all the fancy hydraulics and build one! GO FOR IT!
14.02.2008 23:23 CircusactI am seriosly thinking of it... watch the promo vid...
14.02.2008 23:22 willekbuild it :)
